Tameka is a mental health fellow of Joy Mental Fitness, which has locations in Jersey City, New Jersey, and Boston, Massachusetts. Tameka also provides telehealth services to patients throughout New Jersey, Massachusetts, and Connecticut, and New York.

Personal Journey and Inspiration

Over the past 15 years, I have been an avid participant in boxing. This sport has been a significant source of balance and stability in my life, providing me with an outlet for physical exertion and stress relief. Boxing has taught me the value of physical wellness and its role in promoting overall self-improvement and self-care. The discipline, focus, and determination required in boxing have contributed immensely to my personal growth and development. It has taught me the importance of setting goals, pushing myself beyond my limits, and persevering through challenges. The benefits of boxing extend far beyond physical fitness, enriching various aspects of my life.
